At the I-MED Network our organisational philosophy is simple – to devolve authority, responsibility and accountability to our practice groups for the day-to-day management of local clinics and clinical decision making, while providing network support through dedicated and expert central services functions.
This ensures that all our practice groups are able to capture the scale and benefits of our network, while maintaining responsibility and accountability for the day-to-day decisions that affect them, and their local referrer and patient community.
